Yin yoga

Consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine.

Ashtanga yoga

With its many vinyasa poses, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through set sequences.

YinAsh is very unique and you wont find this form of yoga anywhere else in this current form. I’ve taken my plus 20 years in fitness and wellbeing, my qualifications in Yin and Ashtanga Yoga together with my Distinction in International yoga to create ‘YinAsh’ which is a blend of these traditional yogas.

I’ve been very mindful and respectful of keeping true to traditional yoga 🧘 disciplines and uniquely developing this ancient practice to encompass Yin and Ashtanga styles in harmony through carefully constructed sequences choreographed by me.

I’ve harnessed wellbeing, pranayama (Breath) and Guided meditation to create a pure and holistic approach. I’ve ensured I develop, strengthen the capability of the body and nourish the mind through my own written mediations. All my practices are carefully written.

In practice you will experience an environment of peace and total connect of all physical and mindful aspects. The room is infused with essential oils and sounds with binaural properties to penetrate the subconscious wellbeing.
