Fit in 12 is designed to be flexible, with sessions that fit into your busy schedule. It’s 12 very effective structured minutes of physical exercise consisting of zoned exercise sets with each zone is split into 3 time sections of 4 mins each.
Fit in 12 can be done any environment. Whether at home, in the garden, office, gym space…and there’s no need to purchase any equipment. If you have a mat great but even that you can do without.
